Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 3 Days from the date of purchase. If 3 Days have gone by since your purchase, you shall not be offered refund or an exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A refund is applicable only for the following reasons specified:
– Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged

– Product does not match with the key features in online description

– Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity

– Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken

Any hidden penalty fees, surcharges or return shipping fees will not be charged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain instances where only partial refunds are granted. Contact us for further information.
Change of mind is not allowed in any circumstances.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notifiedabout the same. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late Payments

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to A R Exotics Marine Aquarium Pet Shop
15/4 10th Ln, Colombo 03 . You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs while returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
